   In our karate-jutsu classes students may be instructed in such areas as basics, forms, pad work, sparring, take-downs, recovery, drills, breakfalls, etc. Here, self-esteem and confidence increase, and life-long friendships are forged. We teach real world self-defense, while reducing students' stress and anxieties. Our karate-jutsu is a fun way to get fit, be part of a team, and learn how to stay safe.
